Encienda SL
Encienda SL is a joint venture between Knowledge Systems Design, a provider of expert systems in Los Angeles, and Grupo Llorens Torres, a legal and financial services firm based in Alicante, Spain. Constituted as a Spanish LLC (Sociedad Limitada) in November 2003, Encienda builds cooperative information systems for the GlobalMedia and Entertainment Industry. Encienda's mission is to facilitate international co-production and distribution of film, television, and digital games by automating contract management between parties in a supply chain. Encienda SL has establishedpowerful ties with potential clients such as guilds, producers, content aggregators, collection societies, distributors, and network operators.
