Designed primarily for the SMB enterprise markets, SwyxWare is scalable from 5 to beyond 1000 users. Open standards compliance, true voice/data application convergence and an uncompromising IP architecture have been key design targets. The product offers all features of high-end PBX systems as well as ACD, CTI, UMS and call center functionalities. Its SIP-trunking capability makes SwyxWare the only full featured “software-only, downloadable PBX.” Communication cost savings, self administration, fl exibility and its value as a productivity enhancement tool have been key decision arguments for more than 3000 SwyxWare enterprise customers.
